At Friendly Pet Co, we want you and your pet to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.
Change of Mind We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully before purchasing.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are faulty, damaged, or not as described. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
To start a return, contact us at PetFriendlyCo@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions from there.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges We do not offer exchanges.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Australian Consumer Law Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
